Organet’ ATM-Pro Controller is easy to use application that acts as both a terminal controller and a communication gateway between the bank/user organization's host and the ATM/Kiosk/POS/Teller terminal.This Windows-based application supports different bank host database systems, including legacy ones. It communicates seamlessly with all NDC / DDC terminals. The software also provides alerts and messages to the bank / user organization enabling it to take pro-active measures.

ATM-Pro Controller allows a bank to configure the ATM terminal remotely by uploading details of various state and screen flows. It further allows the IT personnel of the bank to bring the terminal online or offline remotely, upload currency cassette configuration and other critical parameters from a remote machine.

The software acts as a communication gateway between the host application (e.g. Bank host, EFT switch) and the terminal for smooth completion of customer-initiated transactions. ATM-Pro Controller analyses the requests received from the ATM or other terminal device, processes them and converts them into the format understood by the bank/organization's host or EFT switch. Based on the responses received from the host or EFT switch, the software sends the required commands to the ATM or other terminal device to complete the transaction.

The application maintains a complete database of all the transactions performed as well as the alerts and critical messages forwarded. Banks and other user organizations get a wide range of reports end of day. This is in addition to the information related to the terminal configurations and transactions performed, which is available on a real-time basis.
